Alterian is continually striving to enhance the SM2 user's experience. We're excited to showcase the following new functionalities:

Reports

  • Content Emotions - Reformatted chart text to improve the visual appearance
  • Share of Voice - Repositioned labels outside of the percentage pie graph for improved legibility
  • Map Overlay -  Canadian Provinces added to reports

Search Setup

Language Filter - Added an "Unknown"  filter to ensure greater coverage and more precision in language identifiable

Dictionary - Included a "Reset" buttom allowing users to revert their sentiment dictionary to original settings

Search Setup Wizard - Streamlined search setup interface to assist non-experienced users get up and running with SM2 more quickly

Proximity Search - Boolean logic that calculates keyword searches within a specified distance
