Alterian is excited to launch the new SM2 Social Media Console. This enterprise-level functionality offers a dynamic approach to scaling social engagement across an entire organization. It allows users to easily capture, analyse and actively engage in social conversations while coordinating outreach across multiple business divisions. The console's interactive workflow allows users to actively engage in relevant conversations via Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Flickr.
